SUICIDE PREVENTION SAFETY PLAN
There may be times when things feel so bad that you have thoughts to harm yourself. Creating a safety plan can help you think about what to do and who to turn to. Thoughts of suicide and self-harm often reduce in intensity when the immediate crisis has passed.
EVERYBODY HURTS
Symptoms of depression can range from mild to severe. At its mildest, you may feel persistently low in spirit, while severe depression can make you feel suicidal; that life is not worth living.
