Following on from Carry On Touring's UK/EU Summit with Parliamentarians in the House of Lords in September, Lord Clement-Jones co-authored a letter to Rt Hon Michelle Donelan MP, Secretary of State, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, requesting a meeting to discuss the ongoing issues facing creative touring professionals who wish to tour the EU post-Brexit.
The letter was countersigned by a number of Peers and MPs from across Parliament.

Let's hope she recognises that the DCMS stock response is simply not good enough, and untold damage is being done to lives and careers. Touring is not working and we need to break the deadlock. We would love to meet with her to discuss how we can get back on the road."
